1. Production Introduction

(1) Mixer: used to mix PVC powder and various plasticizers, colorants, stabilizers and other auxiliary materials to obtain uniform mixed materials.

(2) Hopper: transports the mixed material into the extruder hopper. Generally, an electric slip device is used to control the conveying volume.

(3) Extruder: The mixed material is compressed and extruded to form a semi-finished profile. The main components include extrusion columns, screws, etc. Power generally ranges from 30-200KW.

(4) Temperature control system: The mixture needs to be moderately heated during extrusion. Generally, the column cylinder or screw cavity is filled with hot water or electric heating wire for temperature control.

(5) Opening die head: Opening dies of different specifications are set at the outlet of the extruder to realize the extrusion of PVC profiles of different shapes.

(6) Cold water tank or water tower: The extruded hot profile is placed in a rapid cooling molding.

Profile stretching machine: Stretch the cooled profile to a certain extent to meet the size requirements.

(7) Cutting machine: Cut the stretched profiles into specifications.

(8) Packaging machine: Measure and package PVC profiles with intact specifications before shipping them out of the warehouse.

(9) PLC or HMI control system: realize fully automatic unmanned production.


2. Production Feature

(1) It has a high degree of automation and uses PLC or HMI control system to achieve fully automatic production and reduce labor intensity.

(2) The process has good connectivity, and there is a material inspection and transmission mechanism between each device to continuously send raw materials to the next process.

(3) The temperature control level is high, and the mixing and extrusion temperatures can be accurately controlled to ensure product quality.

(4) The guide mold is replaceable, and the same set of equipment can produce PVC profiles of different specifications and shapes by changing the mold.

(5) The output is large, and the hourly production capacity generally ranges from 1 to 10 tons, which can meet the needs of large-scale production.

(6) High production efficiency and high degree of automation can increase production efficiency by 1-2 orders of magnitude.

(7) The product has good dimensional accuracy, and the dimensional deviation after stretching and cutting is less than 1mm.

(8) Environmental pollution is small, and closed transmission and dust collection are used to reduce noise and dust pollution.

(9) High safety, set safety door limit switch to improve operation safety.

(10) The production structure is compact and suitable for production workshop layout.

(11) Maintenance is simple and parts can be easily replaced to extend service life.

4. Payment

30% as advance payment by T/T after signed contract; 70% as balance before delivery by T/T.


5. The seller will provide the actual electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical parts circuit diagram for each unite of the machine with English language in addition to the original operation manual of the machine that contains the operation instruction, safety instruction, and troubleshooting with parts list for easy order necessary spare parts in the future.


6. Test run in the buyer’s factory: Seller send engineer for supervision of installation, training and test. The test will be finished in about 7-10 days if necessary preparations are made by the buyer such as water, electricity. Materials, work space, labors and so on. The round airplane tickets, visa cost, food, hotel fee and medical insurance of the engineer for installation and test run are paid by the buyer. The buyer pay USD150/per day as subsidy for the engineer.
