PV Extrusion Production Line with PLC Control System for High Output Capacity and Wide Material Compatibility
Application
This production line is designed for manufacturing solar photovoltaic cables, low smoke halogen-free cables, irradiation cables, XL-PE crosslinked polyethylene cables, and is also suitable for conventional plastic extrusion including PVC and PE. Primarily used for producing 4mm² and 6mm² solar photovoltaic cables.
Equipment Composition
Complete system includes bucket release frame, tension frame, straight platform, extruder host, powder machine, photovoltaic line special nose, sink, water swing frame, PLC electric control system, diameter meter, introducer machine, horizontal storage frame, printing machine, spark machine, wire machine, and other accessories.
