plastic plate making machine is specially designed for the extrusion of single layer or multi-layer PVC plate and sheet . It is also suitable for the sheet extrusion of PE , PP, PS, ABS and other materials.

plastic plate is becoming the substitution of wood in many fields such as construction,advertisment and Decoration. It made through foaming and pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC. So it covers not only features of woodplast, but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily

 

Introduction: PVC Foam Board is the new man-made material, the main component is PVC, it has the fine chemical stability, anti-corrosive and high intensity, it can be the substitute of wood, it is widely used in the building, advertisement and decoration.

Working Process of plastic plate making machine

Raw material → Autoloade for mixer → PVC mixer → Sping loader → Conical twin screw extruder → Board Mould

→ Die Lip temprature control sysem → Pvc board forming machine → Air cooling bracket

→ Board hauling off unit → Board Cutting unit → Dust vacuuming unit → Board stacker → Electri control box

 

Extruder: Appropriate Single-Screw Extruder (exhaust or not) or Conical Double Screw Extruder should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

Screen changer and mould: The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack mode are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plates (sheets).

vacuum sizing platform : It is consists of four groups(eight sets) calibrating bench,let the material become the foam board that want to get,through chaning it,we can change the thickness of the board.

Cooling bracket: Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition, the edge-shearing device equipped can guarantee fixed width of plates (sheets) and quality of edge.

Hauling machine: It is consists of 2 groups rollers, let the board moving forward

Cutting machine: It is of length-fixed cutting with cutting precision less than 2mm and adopts alloy blade or rigid alloy saw bit to ensure the good cutting effect and constantly stable performance.
