Brief introduction:
    PVC wood-plastic door frame machine adopts SJSZ special extruder, which is energy-saving and high-efficiency. 8m calibration platform can cool the door frame sufficiently. PVC wood-plastic door frame is made of wood-plastic fiber and plastic fully mixed. It has physical and mechanical properties comparable to hardwood, such as compression resistance and bending resistance, and its durability is significantly better than that of ordinary wood materials. The surface hardness is high, generally 2-5 times that of wood.

Performance and characteristics of PVC wood-plastic door cover production line:
1. The barrel is heated by aluminum casting heating ring and cooled by air-cooling system, with fast and even heat transfer.

2. Different screws can be selected according to different formulas to achieve plasticizing effect.

3. Reduction box and distribution box adopt bushing bearing, imported oil seal, gears adopt alloy steel and nitriding treatment.

4. The design of reduction box and distribution box is strengthened with thrust bearing, high transmission torque and long service life.

5. The vacuum sizing table adopts enlarged vortex cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and sizing. Special three-position adjustment control for horizontal tilt control, easy and convenient operation

6. The tractor adopts lifting technology, upper and lower track back pressure control, stable operation, high reliability, high traction force, automatic fixed length cutting, with dust recovery device.
