Brief introduction:
The production line adopts world famous brand electrical parts, the quality is stable, especially the speed reaches the leading level in China. PP hollow board is widely used in crates, packing boxes, partitions, electronic ts, pesticides, advertising and decoration, etc.
Features of hollow board production line:
1. Advanced technology and concept of the whole production line, fast production line speed, extruder with high speed screw, high capacity;
2. Special and unique design of die, calibration unit, cooling unit system and vacuum exhaust system to ensure high speed of extrusion and calibration; more resistant to wear and tear, better dust removal, good calibration and easier operation;
3. Special design of the annealing furnace for easier adjustment of the flatness of the sheet;
4. The surface shape of the traction rollers can be designed according to the customer's requirements
5. The anti-UV layer can be designed as single or double side, and the surface layer can be designed as embossed treatment or smooth treatment.
