PP Honeycomb Board is a three Four Five Six layer polypropylene sandwich board
Middle layer is bubble structure with 2 surface smooth layer. Also called Conpearl Board, PP Sandwich Panel, Twin Sheet Board, PP Bubble Guard Board etc.Mainly used for Pallet Pack Box, Conpearl Pallet Sleeve, Sleeves for collapsible containers, Trunk floors,Spare tire covers, Car Decoration, Van Liner and Van flooring etc.Thickness:4mm 5mm 6mm 7mm 8mm 10mm 11mm 12mm 13mmWeight per Square Meter(GSM): 1050gsm-5500gsm

The screw is designed of special mixing function and high plasticization capacity.
The special designed T-type mould ensures a precise control to the thickness of the board.
The accurate temperature control (±1°C) can precisely control the plasticization process, thickness and smoothness of board.
The three-roller calendar adopts horizontal, vertical or 45°tilt type installation, with up-down lifting mode. The thickness of
board is controlled by screw and pressing roller in two directions.
The separateroller temperature control system can precisely control the pressing roller temperature to ensure a even thickness.
Cutting machine can cut the sheet with accurate length and quantity.
The winding device uses big torque motor, can freely regulate the winding speed and tension.
The automatic meter countering device can pre-set the length of the product.
This production line can be used to produce the PVC foamed inside spiral silent pipe after changing the mould.
